Intern, Engineering (Finance)



Job Summary

Performs a variety of tasks to assist with engineering documentation and production work assembly processes. Reports to the Documentation Control Team Supervisor.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned

  • Assists or works directly with engineering, order entry, and production departments to develop work order documentation.
  • Uses the MRP system for working with engineering/manufacturing documentation, such as drawings, bills of materials, parts lists specifications and engineering change orders
  • Ensures documentation meets established quality standards and deadlines.
  • Responsible for the accuracy of bill of materials and our customer work order process along with all supplier drawings and rev levels.
  • Must maintain a close relationship with Customer Service, Purchasing, Manufacturing, Production and Quality Control to coordinate the activities essential to the completion of his/her projects and tasks.
Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary education program and pursuing a degree (associate's, bachelor's, etc.)
  • Good organizational, communication and problem solving skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel)

Compensation

Employee Type: Hourly

Salary Minimum: Market

Salary Maximum: Market

Incentive: 1289
