M&A HR Director (Finance)
As a Director of Mergers and Acquisitions here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving Honeywell's growth through strategic mergers and acquisitions. You will be responsible for leading the M&A team, identifying potential acquisition targets, conducting due diligence, negotiating deals, and overseeing post-merger integration activities. Your strategic vision, leadership skills, and ability to navigate complex business environments will be essential in achieving success in this role.
You will report directly to our VP Total Rewards M&A, and you'll work out of our one of our Honeywell core hubs (Charlotte, NC, Atlanta, GA or Houston, TX) on a Hybrid work schedule.

- Minimum of 8 years of experience in mergers and acquisitions or related roles
- Proven leadership and team management skills
- Strong knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes and best practices
