Male Home Health Aides (Healthcare)

Traditions Home Health Services is currently seeking compassionate, skilled, reliable, and experienced male Home Health Aide for the Millis area to assist with our geriatric male client who is one of our Veterans who reside in our community.

Shifts Available:
Morning shifts typically 3- or 4-hours shifts. Example 8a-12p or 9a-1p, 11a-2p


Job Description:
- Assist with the Activities of Living, personal care
- Assist with Household support: light housekeeping, laundry, dishes
- Encourage walking, exercising
- Providing stimulating conversation
- Activities
- Encourage fluid intake, possible meal prep in accordance with orders/CarePlan
- Competently documenting shift activities frequently during the shift digitally using a smartphone
- Home Health Aide would report any concerns to the Traditions Home Health Services Office Support Team in a timely manner
