Job Description
Primary Function of Position

As a ServiceNow HRSD Solution Architect, you will play a critical role in implementing and optimizing Human Resource Service Delivery (HRSD) solutions. This position focuses on HR workflows, case management, and employee service centers. Your extensive experience and deep knowledge of the ServiceNow HRSD module will be pivotal in delivering solutions that meet client needs, delight users, and drive tangible value for business investments. You will serve as the bridge between technical teams and business leaders throughout the implementation journey.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Drive the end-to-end implementation of ServiceNow HRSD modules, ensuring timely execution of project deliverables.
  • Design HRSD solutions that align with business goals and scalability requirements. Translate business requirements into technical specifications and provide architectural blueprints for implementation.
  • Help HRSD projects through discovery, design, build, test, and deployment activities.

Stakeholder Management Focus
  • Work closely with HR business leaders, HR partners, and IT teams to know about business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Engage with senior leadership to align ServiceNow HRSD initiatives with HR strategy and goals.
  • Develop tailored communication plans for internal partners at all levels, translating technical details into business-impact narratives. Present architecture recommendations to executive sponsors using risk/benefit analyses and ROI frameworks. Facilitate cross-departmental partnership to resolve conflicts between technical constraints and business priorities.
  • Facilitate long range planning and annual operation planning exercises to prioritize projects and enhancement.
  • Design adoption strategies for new HRSD features, including training programs and governance models. Manage resistance to change by demonstrating quantitative improvements in HR operational efficiency and employee satisfaction metrics.
Qualifications
Required Skills and Experience
  • 5+ years of experience in implementing ServiceNow HRSD modules, with a focus on stakeholder management.
  • Proven experience working in large cross-functional team environments and managing stakeholder relationships.
  • Knowledge of integrations between ServiceNow HRSD and other enterprise HR systems.
  • Deep knowledge of HR processes, case management, and knowledge management within ServiceNow.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management capabilities with demonstrated ability to build relationships at all organizational levels.
  • Exceptional communication skills for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to think strategically and innovate.
  • Experience in examining and re-engineering business processes.
  • Customer-focused approach to work, with ability to interpret and address complex requirements.
  • Familiarity with integration techniques such as REST, SOAP, and JSON.
  • This role requires working onsite in our Sunnyvale, CA office at least 3 days a week.

Required Education and Training
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, HR Management, or related field
  • ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist - Human Resources (CIS-HR)

Preferred Skills and Experience
  • ITIL v3 or v4 certification
