Inspector - Level 2 (Finance)



As an Inspector II here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our aerospace products. Your expertise will help maintain our high standards of safety and performance in the aviation industry.

In this role, you will impact the overall quality assurance process, ensuring that all products meet regulatory and company standards before they reach our customers. Your attention to detail and commitment to excellence will be vital in upholding our reputation as a leader in aerospace technology.As an Inspector - Level 2 here at Honeywell, you will ensure product quality and reliability through inspections, tests, and evaluations. Your attention to detail will support our mission of delivering top-notch products. You will report directly to our Quality Control Supervisor and you'll work out of our Urbana, OH location on an on-site work schedule.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Experience in aerospace quality inspection or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of inspection techniques and quality assurance processes.
  • Proficiency in using inspection tools and equipment, including calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, such as AS9100 or FAA regulations.

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality Assurance, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in aerospace inspection or quality control.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Knowledge of Six Sigma or Lean methodologies is a plus.

  • Conduct inspections of aerospace components and assemblies to ensure compliance with specifications and standards.
  • Document inspection results and maintain accurate records of quality metrics.
  • Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
