Robotic Process Automation (RPA) Developer, Senior (Engineering)
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS and ABILITIES: BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
4+ years of experience in RPA developmentExperience in any of the programming languages like C/C++, Python, VB Script, Ruby, Java, JS, .Net.Proficiency in RPA tools such as Power Automate, UiPath, or Automation Anywhere is required.Experience in developing robotic process automation (RPA) using UI Path or Power Automate.Familiarity with databases (SQL Server, Oracle) and API integration (REST, SOAP).Able to design technical specification documents for RPA Projects.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot issues and improve system performance.A keen eye for detail to ensure high-quality solutions and to identify areas for process improvement.Experience with cognitive services, OCR, AI/ML integrations. Ability to present technical details to non-technical audiences.Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a capacity for translating product and business needs into technical specifications.
PREFERED QUALIFICATIONS:
Certification in RPA tools such as Power Automate Certified RPA Developer or similar certifications.Familiarity with DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines for RPA.Familiar with Agile Methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)Basic understanding of machine learning/deep learning.
REASONING ABILITY:
Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or schedule form.
INTERPERSONAL SKILLS:
Must interact and communicate both verbally and in written form.Must interact and exchange information regarding patients with physicians and other departmental personnel, and outside agencies on a frequent basis while respecting the confidentiality of patient information.
