JOB SUMMARY:
D4C Dental Brands seeks a Social Media Manager to support paid and organic social media posts to drive new patient growth, build patient loyalty, and educate patients and families across the companys 60 brands located across 10 states. This support is crucial to the delivery of the companys mission of helping children achieve a lifetime of great oral health.

EDUCATION/CREDENTIALS:
Bachelors degree (Marketing or Business Administration preferred)

JOB RELATED EXPERIENCE:
1-2 years (marketing, healthcare, wellness, ecommerce, retail or similar preferred)Experience with multi-brand corporation a plus

JOB-RELATED SKILLS/COMPETENCIES:
Experience creating social media posts for platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTokExperience using Canva and/or Adobe Creative SuiteDesire to work as part of a creative, energetic and dynamic teamExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsExcellent organizational skillsExperience with multi-brand corporation a plusMust be a self-starter with a positive attitude.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create and coordinate social media posts, including graphics, captions, videos, and reels for variety of brands and social channelsCollaborate with marketing team to create and maintain a social media calendarEnsure content is on brand and on messageCollaborate with operational staff to encourage local content on a regular basisCollaborate with marketing team to plan and execute ongoing and seasonal campaigns across channels including but not limited to digital ads and social mediaStay current with latest digital marketing trends, technologies and best practices
