Mars Snacking Supply Leadership Program (Finance)

Supply Leadership Program Member - Various Locations
The Supply Leadership Program (SLP) is a three-year early talent program designed to attract, develop, and retain high performing candidates into Mars Wrigley Supply Leadership roles.
Members of the program are recent STEM college graduates interested in pursuing a career path in Supply Leadership. Over the course of the program, participants will complete three yearlong rotations at one of our Mars Wrigley Manufacturing Sites to develop acumen in Manufacturing at Mars (MSE), Engineering, and People Leadership.

The Supply Leadership Program Member is high-potential recent college graduate. Participation in a Mars Internship Program, primarily Mars Wrigley Make and Engineering internships, is a preferred prerequisite. Additional eligibility requirements are listed below:

What will be your key responsibilities?
Manufacturing Essential Experience (CI Specialist | Industrial Engineering Technician)
The manufacturing essential experience roles are responsible for supporting and leading loss elimination across the Manufacturing Line, Value Streams, and Production Lines through the implementation and application of the Mars Supply Excellence (MSE, TPM) toolkit.
