JOB SUMMARY
The QMAP/Care Partner is responsible for safely administering, documenting, and managing residents' prescribed medications on time and in accordance with physician orders, under the supervision of the Health and Wellness Director and Health and Wellness Coordinator(s) and in compliance with State of Colorado Medication Administration Regulations.

QMAP Position Requirements:
All QMAPS Must Have First Aid Certification, American Heart Association CPR (and) A Current and Active QMAP Certification.
