Senior Program Analyst

Job Description Summary:

  • The Mission: D&G is seeking a highly motivated and talented Senior Program Analyst with experience supporting USTRANSCOM or DoD HQ Level Staffs. The ideal candidate will have expertise across a broad range of program support, program documentation, action tracking, and providing senior leader meeting and scheduling coordination.
  • Summary: The Program Analyst is part of a dynamic, multifunctional team supporting USTRANSCOM in executing the Contested Logistics mission. This newly created mission and position includes the opportunity to coordinate actions across the offices of the Secretary of Defense, the Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff, the secretaries of the military departments, combatant command commanders, the Director of the Defense Logistics Agency, the Director of National Intelligence, the Secretary of Homeland Security, and the Secretary of the Transportation.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Draft, staff and finalize a broad range of staff action documents, including but not limited to white papers, background papers, and command level briefings.
  • Coordinate and attend meetings, complete meeting minutes and document and track action items in support of mission requirements
  • Support the Contested Logistics knowledge management requirements.
  • Oversee and manage internal and external assigned taskers.
  • Support the completion of the weekly and monthly status reports, bi-weekly in-progress reviews, and other tasks assigned by Program Manager.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5 years of experience supporting USTRANSCOM or DoD HQ level staffs

Eligibility Requirements:
  • DoD SECRET Clearance, ability to obtain DoD TS/SCI
  • This role is restricted to U.S. person(s) (ie., U.S. citizens, permanent residents and other protected individuals under the immigration and Naturalization Act, 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3))

Location:

  • Place of Performance: On-site at USTRANSCOM
  • Travel: Some travel is required, 15%
