Coordinator, Weekend Shift MH (Media)

Reporting to the Program Manager of the Mental Health Program, the Weekend Residential Shift Coordinator will work with a multi-disciplinary team, and serve as the on-site shift resource for all assigned staff within the residential unit. The Shift Coordinator will ensure the staff working their assigned shift and complete requirement training, if necessary, and in cooperation with the Program Manager, and within resident-specific operational and clinical issues, ensure safety rounds and documentation of resident progress occurs. the Shift Coordinator also ensures the provision of treatment services to each resident according to their current goal plan. The Shift Coordinator collaborates, coordinates, and communicates with an interdisciplinary team approach by implementing the goal plan, such as group activities, community outings and integration occurs to ensure quality programming and in accordance with the individual treatment plan.
