Join Our Team as an Associate of National Office Service!

The Associate of National Office Services (“Associate”) provides broad support of assigned and ad hoc tasks related to the Facilities and Office Services (FOS) department. The Associate role offers diverse responsibilities and the chance to collaborate with various teams in our New York office. As an Associate, you will:

  • Support the FOS department with both assigned and ad hoc tasks.
  • Handle department communications and manage internal web pages.
  • Ensure compliance by managing vendor Certificates of Insurance.
  • Update and maintain emergency procedures and the Business Continuity Plan.
  • Work with IT and business groups to modify Segal Notification System distribution lists.
  • Create and organize documents in Segal's document management system.
  • Track service requests on the FOS Helpdesk.

This is a hybrid role with our New York office, reporting to the Senior Director of National Facilities.

  • 1-3 years of experience providing facilities services in a fast-paced organization.
  • Experience with complaints managing and follow up procedures.
  • Ability to process invoices and other material accurately and efficiently.
  • Strong attention to detail, ability to follow department processes, and demonstrated efficiency and accuracy in task performance.
  • Ability to prioritize workload, to work under pressure with an elevated level of organizational proficiency and initiative and takes ownership in resolving issues and affecting constant improvement.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and customer-service skills.
  • Collaborative and proactive team player.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong computer skills with competency in Microsoft Office, Power Point, accurate data entry.

The current salary range for this position is $62,500 to $70,000 plus opportunity for a discretionary performance bonus based on company profitability and employee performance.
