Lead Field Service Technician (Finance)
As a Lead Field Service Technician here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide technical support and expertise in Lenel access control systems. Your role will be crucial in ensuring the successful implementation and maintenance of our solutions, driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and security of our customers' operations by troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to access control systems.Provide on-site and remote technical support for Lenel access control systems, resolving technical issues and collaborating with internal teams to implement effective customer solutions.YOU MUST HAVE
- Minimum of 3+ years of proven experience in field service engineering, with a focus on access control systems.
- Strong technical knowledge and expertise in Lenel access control technologies or similar.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
