Honeywell's ACST team is seeking a entry level Program Specialist I for our Broomfield, CO location.

The annual base salary range for this position is $61,000.00- $76,300.00. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position, the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well as market and business considerations.

YOUR ROLE WILL INCLUDE:

  • Prepare the master schedule for high complexity projects in accordance with the contract requirements, company best practices, and scheduling best practices
  • Responsible for working closely with technical experts, project engineers, and project leads in planning, creating, and managing project schedules
  • Analyze the impact of schedule delays and major schedule changes
  • Track baselines, perform what-if analysis, and develop contingency plans
  • Perform coordination of cross-functional teams to identify project issues, monitor action items, and work with the project lead to ensure resolution
  • Work with project controls to ensure cost/schedule alignment
  • Actively participate in project reviews and provide clear, accurate project schedule assessment
  • Support proposal efforts
  • Motivate and support the team to drive a positive culture

US CITIZENSHIP REQUIREMENTS

U.S. citizenship is required due to contractual requirements. Applicants must also be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance. Continued employment is contingent upon successful completion of security processing.
