Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Salesforce Solution Architect with expertise in Customer Relationship Management Analytics (CRMA) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce platforms, data architecture, and analytics, with a proven track record of designing and implementing scalable, high-performance solutions that drive business value. This role requires a strategic thinker who can bridge the gap between business needs and technical solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of Salesforce projects.

Job Location

This is a remote position, but candidates must be located in the state of Georgia within driving distance to the corporate office in the Perimeter area of Atlanta.

Job Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture:

  • Design end-to-end Salesforce solutions that align with business objectives, leveraging CRMA and other Salesforce products.
  • Develop scalable and sustainable architecture for Salesforce implementations, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams, data flow diagrams, and process workflows.

CRMA Expertise:

  • Lead the design and implementation of CRMA solutions, including dashboards, datasets, lenses, and predictive analytics.
  • Integrate CRMA with other Salesforce products (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) and external data sources to provide actionable insights.
  • Optimize data models and analytics frameworks to ensure high performance and accuracy.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, administrators, and business analysts, to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams, providing guidance on Salesforce best practices and emerging trends.

Technical Leadership:

  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce features, CRMA capabilities, and industry trends to drive innovation.

Project Management:

  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful implementation.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Facilitate workshops and training sessions to empower users and drive adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or Salesforce Certified Application Architect/System Architect.
  • Salesforce CRMA Certification (or equivalent experience).
  • Additional Salesforce certifications (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud) are a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Solution Architect or in a similar role.
  • Proven experience with Salesforce CRMA, including dashboard creation, data modeling, and analytics.
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, integration patterns, and security models.
  • Experience with Salesforce APIs, Apex, Lightning Web Components, and other development tools.
  • Familiarity with ETL tools and data integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Informatica).
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience with AI/ML tools within Salesforce (e.g., Einstein Analytics).
  • Knowledge of other analytics platforms (e.g., Tableau, Power BI).
  • Experience in industries such as healthcare, finance, or retail.
