Accounting Clerk (Finance)

Job Description Summary

Airline billing clerk, assist with group/events billing, review and address catering and sales contracts and follow up on uncovered discrepancies. Payment collection, application of payments received, advance deposits contract. Commission tracking for the groups. Assist with the month end process including some weekend work.

Job Description

• Technical:
  • Strong ability to build relationships and work with internal stakeholders and external customers to resolve any outstanding issues
  • Experience with accounts receivable, cash handling and overall revenue cycle
  • Demonstrated knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounting skills
  • Understanding of and ability to use Opera PMS system preferred

Pay Range

Pay Rate $29.00/hr. Base pay offered may vary depending on various factors including but not limited to job related knowledge, skills and job specific experience/overall experience
