We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented People Generalist to support our People Business Partners team. This role offers an opportunity to grow in a dynamic and collaborative environment, contributing to various Human Resources areas including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance. Essential Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide multifaceted support to the People Business Partner team on a full range of people disciplines including culture, employee relations, compensation, recruitment, and training & development.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries, providing guidance on company policies and general HR matters. Help address low-complexity employee relations matters in partnership with senior HR staff.
  • Generate reports and dashboards on key HR metrics, including headcount, turnover, and employee feedback. Analyze data to identify key insights, patterns, and trends, and draft comprehensive recommendations that tell a story.
  • Assist the People Business Partner team in implementing the talent strategy through workforce planning, total rewards, talent assessment and performance management.
  • Support key talent strategy events (yearend performance calibration, talent assessments, compensation planning, objective setting, etc.).
  • Maintain employee records and HRIS data with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Essential Skills and/or Certifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business related field with 2-5 years of People Team/HR experience
  • Being "business curious" and investing time developing your business acumen
  • Creating genuine, collaborative partnerships with cross-functional matrix teams to drive results
  • Experience formatting data with the user experience in mind and analyzing data to provide insights
  • Evidence of clear communication skills and presenting ideas in a concise and organized manner
  • Intermediate+ skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, PowerPoint and Teams.
  • Working knowledge of federal, state and local legislation affecting the workplace
  • Managing competing priorities in a result driven culture with a high sense of urgency
