Parking Manager - Hilton Los Angeles Airport (Finance)




Hilton Los Angeles Airport is looking for a Parking Manager to join the team. If you have the passion to provide exceptional guest experiences this is the role for you!

Hourly Rate: $33.50

Classification: Full Time

Shift: Varies: AM/PM/Overnight. Must have availability to work 5 days a week (weekends and holidays included).

What will I be doing:

As a Parking Manager you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Supervise all parking and courtesy van drivers, door and bell personnel.
  • Plan monthly and annual action plans. Action items include, but are not limited to, disciplinary incidents, payroll costs, and assist employees and follow up on guest concerns. Read correspondence, advise and direct staff according to information obtained.
  • Ensure proper scheduling and training. Monitor employee performance and encourage improvement.
  • Manage all day-to-day customer complaints or concerns, including but not limited to damage, accidents or service problems.
  • Interact positively with customers and take action to resolve problems to the satisfaction of parties involved.
  • Ensure proper maintenance of vans, coordinate van service and repair.
  • Acts as manager on duty for hotel ensuring effective interdepartmental operations and resolution of guest complaints.
