The Job Details are as follows:
As a strategic partner to our people leaders, the Talent Lead will shape our people strategy by building and executing innovative hiring and employer branding initiatives that attract, engage, and retain top talent. Leveraging data-driven insights, proactive talent pipelining, and strategic workforce planning, you will streamline recruitment processes and develop best-in-class sourcing strategies to build a robust candidate pipeline and deliver exceptional candidate experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Drive efficient execution of the full-cycle recruitment process-from job requisition and candidate sourcing to interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding-ensuring a speedy and seamless, engaging candidate experience at every stage.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with organizational goals leveraging in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify talent trends and opportunities and collaborate with leadership to forecast future needs and build proactive talent pipelines.
  • Proactively partner with hiring managers, HR partners, and external vendors as a trusted advisor, building strong, collaborative relationships to understand their unique needs and deliver impactful recruitment solutions. Champion and embed inclusive talent acquisition practices, working closely with business leaders to rapidly develop and implement tailored, high-performing recruitment strategies that achieve business objectives and foster an engaged and high-performing organizational culture.
  • Lead employer branding efforts to build a strong and authentic presence in the talent marketplace, attracting candidates aligned with our values and culture. Develop and implement strategies to manage our presence across relevant platforms, ensuring a positive and engaging candidate experience that reinforces our employer brand and attracts top-tier talent.
  • Drive continuous improvement across the talent acquisition lifecycle by leveraging data and analytics from Workday and LinkedIn dashboards to assess strategy effectiveness, identify and implement process enhancements and innovative solutions, and adopt industry best practices, AI, and automation to optimize efficiency, quality, speed, streamline operations, and enhance overall execution.
  • Utilize data-driven insights from Workday (including reporting and dashboards) and LinkedIn dashboards to evaluate, assess, and enhance talent acquisition strategies, generate key metric reports, identify talent gaps, and forecast workforce needs to drive improved hiring efficiency and quality.
  • Partner with people leaders to develop and implement strategic workforce plans, utilizing data-driven insights to forecast future talent needs, proactively build talent pipelines, and ensure alignment of talent acquisition strategies with overall business goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; equivalent relevant work experience will also be considered.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in Talent Acquisition and HR, with a strong proven track record of leading and executing searches for technology and corporate roles across all levels, including senior leadership and critical talent roles.
  • Deep knowledge of full-cycle recruitment and talent management best practices, with proven success in recruiting for professional roles within technology and corporate environments.
  • Proficient in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR technologies, preferably Workday. Be a strong partner with our internal HRIS team to drive process efficiency and leverage automation and digital tools to enhance recruitment effectiveness.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills; skilled in managing stakeholder expectations and cultivating trust.
  • Strategic and analytical thinker with the ability to interpret data and insights to inform decisions and optimize talent strategies.
  • Takes strong initiative to independently address highly complex talent challenges, exercising extensive judgment and operating with full autonomy, while actively engaging as a collaborative team member to drive collective success.
  • Capable working in an agile, fast-paced, and solution-oriented environment; highly adaptable and flexible.
  • Skilled in navigating change and supporting change management initiatives within HR and Talent functions.
  • Demonstrates a positive, can-do attitude and proactively seeks opportunities to take initiative and contribute beyond assigned responsibilities.

Working Conditions: Normal office environment.
