Project Manager – Energy Services (Performance Contracting) (Finance)



We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of energy services projects under performance contracting agreements. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and budget of multiple energy efficiency and infrastructure improvement projects. This role requires strong project management skills, financial acumen, and proficiency in Microsoft Project and Excel.As a Sr Program Specialist here at Honeywell, you will drive FAR15 proposals and subcontracts, perform price analyses, execute subcontracts, and collaborate across functions. Ensure compliant FAR15 packages, strategic agreements, and cost savings.YOU MUST HAVE
  • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience, preferably in energy services or performance contracting.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and Microsoft Excel is required.
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and budgeting.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

WE VALUE:
  • PMP certification or equivalent is a plus.
  • Experience with energy efficiency technologies and building systems is preferred.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of energy services projects under performance contracts.
  • Manage project scope, schedule, and budget to ensure successful outcomes.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project milestones are met.
  • Monitor project performance and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed project schedules using Microsoft Project.
  • Track and report financial performance, including cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and progress reports.
  • Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements.
  • Facilitate client meetings and provide regular updates on project status.
  • Support the development of measurement and verification plans to ensure guaranteed savings are achieved.

The annual base salary range for this position is $110,000-150,000. Please note that this salary information serves as a general guideline.
