What you will enjoy doing*

  • Your role will work closely with the Quality and Engineering organizations to reduce Cost of Poor Quality (COPQ) and achieve acceptable first past yield
  • You will support the creation of documentation necessary for new applications, including Job Instructions (JI's), Job Routers, Job Safety Analysis (JSAs), standard operating procedures, etc
  • The ideal candidate will assist in analyzing the reason for equipment failure and Root Cause Analysis (RCA) efforts
  • You will be expected to participate in reliability related incident investigations; prioritizes action items, and follows-up on their implementation
  • This role will collaborate with Engineering to resolve tooling related quality issues and oversees storage upkeeping

What makes you great

  • The ideal candidate will have an associate's degree or equivalent experience, a bachelor's degree is preferred
  • 3+ years of experience in manufacturing is required
  • Candidate must have effective project management skills with the ability to complete multiple projects independently
  • Similarly, the candidate must have a proven ability to combine theoretical training with practical experience in a "hands-on" environment
  • Must be reliable to achieve assigned duties in a timely manner
